If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return up to 3 days from the date of delivery and we would be happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our policy below.
You will be required to return the product to us to receive a refund. All returned products must be in new or gently used condition. Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process it, then we will issue a refund in the amount of the original charge (including tax), less the shipping fees for your original order, which are non-refundable. Refunds for returned items will be credited to the original payment method that you provided. Please note that your financial institution may take an additional 7-14 business days after you receive the notification e-mail to reflect this transaction.
Exchanges are free. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, you will be charged for the remaining balance. If you are exchanging for a lower-priced product, you will be refunded the difference to your original form of payment.
We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns if, in our sole discretion, there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, return of empty or mostly used bottles, reseller activity, or fraud).

Your order number is included in your order confirmation email. Our order numbers are 4-7 digits long and contain only numbers. If you are unable to find your number, please contact us.
Can you cancel or edit my order for me?
Once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make edits.
How long does it take to process the refund?
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund.
What if my package was damaged upon arrival?
If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, you must reach out within 2 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. You will need your order number and the item(s) that is damaged, incorrect or missing. We will ask for you to send pictures when you contact us.
